Eliot Ruwanika (Ph.D.; MBA; FCGP; RPAcc)
Eliot is a holder of a Doctorate in Business Administration Degree from the University of The Free State in South Africa. His research area is leadership anchored on sustainable development. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is a qualified Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Governance and Accountancy (FCGP). He is a Registered Public Accountant with the Public Accountants and Auditors Board. He has private sector and United Nations Agency experience in Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Auditing, Administration and General Management. He worked 14 years with a franchised bottler of Coca Cola as Finance and Administration Executive and as General Manager in the Beverage Division. Then spent 11 years in private business as consultant and entrepreneur, company turnaround strategist, providing company secretarial services, tax consultancy, human resources consultancy, fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for medium businesses, and strategic planning services. Worked for 16 years in the United Nations system, first as a consultant and later as an Administrator supporting countries in Southern Africa and West Africa. He is an expert in organizational restructuring, change management, conference facilitation, leadership and management development, mentorship, and proposal writing. Eliot is based in Zimbabwe.

Jonathan Ruwanika (MCom Development Finance; CA(SA); BAcc Hons in Accounting)
Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Development Finance Analyst, bringing over seven years of expertise in the financial services, retail, and insurance with top companies in South Africa. He earned his Master’s in Development Finance from the University of Cape Town (UCT). He started his CA Articles with Baker Tilly and then moved to Deloitte serving in South Africa and Australia. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded teams that deliver innovative solutions across diverse domains including venture capital, retail, insurance, audit, and fractional CFO services for start-ups. Notably, Jonathan is a distinguished Mandela Rhodes scholar, reflecting his commitment to academic excellence and leadership. His achievements also encompass his selection to esteemed positions such as the Deloitte Africa Millennial Advisory Board, which reported to the Deputy Chief Executive for Africa. Jonathan was recently recognized by South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) on the top 35 under 35 list of exceptional CAs for 2023. This is an annual recognition program that aims to identify and celebrate young, chartered accountants who have made significant contributions to the accounting profession and society. The program recognizes individuals under the age of 35 who have demonstrated excellence in their careers, leadership potential, and a commitment to ethical conduct. Jonathan started a podcast YP_Africa where he is co-host. The podcast is a media platform for students and young professionals that helps them navigate through careers and career. Jonathan is based in South Africa.

Annah Ruwanika (M.Sc. in Marketing; B.com Honors in Business Management and Marketing)
Annah is an experienced inclusive communications and culture expert with successes in brand management, customer experience, digital marketing, and corporate social responsibility for over a decade. She has experience with the world’s leading logistics company as a Manager for DIEB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging), Employer Branding and Engagement in the global human resources team where she coordinated activities from headquarters for 220 countries and territories. She also worked in financial services for one of the largest financial services provider in Zimbabwe before moving to Europe, specialising in brand marketing, communication, corporate affairs and marketing strategy. She is an accomplished youth careers coach, and she is a guest presenter for YP_Africa podcast. The podcast is a media platform for students and young professionals that helps them navigate through careers and career. Annah holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Edinburgh Business School (Heriot-Watt University) and an Honors in Business Management (University of The Free State). Annah is a certified gender equality changemaker and a civic leader with an active philanthropic background and has participated in numerous civic engagement initiatives. As a civic leader she was selected for the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship program under the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) in 2019 sponsored by the United States Department of State, where she studied civic engagement, german diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), disability rights, gender-based violence, social enterprise development and fundraising at Indiana University. Annah continues to serve the program as a Fellowship Applications Reader ensuring the right candidates are shortlisted for future cohorts. Annah was also awarded the Afrika Kommt Fellowship Program in 2020 managed by the German Federation (GIZ) which is a top leadership program supported by the German Federal President Herr Walter Steinmeier, the German Federal Foreign Office and German embassies in Africa alongside DAX-listed enterprises and large family-run companies in Germany. Beyond her accomplishments Annah is a member of the voluntary service organization Lions Clubs International which is home to 1.4 million members who are dedicated to serving their communities—and the world. Through the Lions Club she also actively volunteers with Special Olympics which is the world's largest sports organization for children and adults with intellectual disabilities providing year-round training and activities to 5 million participants and Unified Sports partners in 172 countries. Annah has volunteered for both local and international events and initiatives over the last 9 years in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Japan, Austria, United States and Germany. She also served on the Zimbabwe-India Women’s Business Council (ZIWBC). Annah is based in Germany.

Joseph is a Published Author and Researcher and has written journal articles on supply chain management. His research interests include Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Administration, and Governance. He provides tips on research proposal writing and how to craft a winning business proposal. He has 3 years’ experience in administrative support services and consistent customer services. Joseph possesses excellent negotiation skills, which clients will benefit from.
